Book Lists

Please remember that all materials listed here are made by human beings; as such, none of them are “perfect” resources. A book that may be helpful for someone may be counter productive for you. I do my best to curate resources that are using best practices, trauma informed, and from a liberated context. I may include some resources with outdated terminology if the core of their message/tools still proves useful or healing. Thank you!
